Diabsolut Launches its Center of Innovation and Hires Canadian Telco Industry Veteran to Lead It

I have seen Diabsolut in action and they never ceased to impress and deliver. In the Workforce Management space, their approach is different, and that difference is highly sought after.

MONTREAL, QC, January 21, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ — Diabsolut announces two associated milestones to kick off 2014: the launch of its Center of Innovation and the hiring of David Wilder. David, previously Director of IT at leading Canadian Telecommunications company Bell Canada[1], will head the new leading-edge division.

Diabsolut’s Center of Innovation was created in response to client feedback that current industry solutions offered are unable to fully meet their operational demands. The Center of Innovation will be fully dedicated to the development of progressive business concepts and solutions, which will enhance Diabsolut’s existing core Strategy[2], Operations[3] and Technology[4] services.

Joe Diab, President & CEO of Diabsolut Inc., stated “Diabsolut prides itself on being open minded and at the forefront of technology; the Center of Innovation will permit Diabsolut to continue its remarkable growth with a concrete approach to starting different practice areas, as well as developing innovative tools and offerings. Pairing strong client relationships, and extremely talented resources, we are taking the ideas generated by our employees in response to customer demand and are making them a reality.”

David Wilder brings 35 years of experience within the Telecommunications [5]industry, including 20 years of experience within Information Technology. At Bell Canada, David was instrumental in leading the Field Services[6] organization’s development and implementation of Workforce Management[7], Mobile Interaction and Corporate Calendaring tools. He has worked extensively with the ClickSoftware Service Optimization Suite since 2000, successfully implementing ClickSchedule to both the inside and outside workforce, which included deploying state of the art mobile technology to Bell’s Field team.
